RAILROAD FABRICS "Railroad" means the design of the pattern runs vertically across the roll from selvage to selvage. When viewing the materlal from the selvage edge, any figures will appear upright. Railroad stripes run across the roll. For this reason railroaded fabrics are not recommended for use in making draperies.
